We offer clothing, apparel, and related fashion products. Product descriptions, images, and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging may occur due to screen settings or production differences.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euro (EUR).

As a small business operating under the Austrian Small Business Regulation (§ 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG), no VAT is charged or displayed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically create a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.

A contract is concluded once your order has been confirmed and processed by us.

6. Payment

We accept various payment methods made available during checkout, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and other payment services offered through our payment providers.

Payments must be successfully completed before products are dispatched.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

Shipping within Austria is free of charge.

Shipping costs for international orders are displayed during checkout and are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Estimated delivery times:

Austria: 2–5 business days
Germany: 3–7 business days
Switzerland: 4-9 business days
European Union*: 3-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

* European Union shipping applies to Belgium, France, Croatia, Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us by email at info@melangemanifests.com within the withdrawal period.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returned products must:

Be unworn and unused
Be free from damage
Include all original tags and labels
Be returned in their original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of the returned items.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product designs, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Melange Manifests unless otherwise stated.
