You can pay with the following methods at checkout:

All transactions are secure and processed through certified payment providers.
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the items in the order.
If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets our return conditions.
You can apply your Discount Code during checkout:
- Go to the checkout page
- Enter your code in the “Discountcode or gift card” field
- Click “Apply” to update your total
Please note:
- Codes are case-sensitive and may apply only to specific items or campaigns
- Only one code can be used per order
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed
Unfortunately, we’re not able to cancel orders once they’ve been placed, as our system processes them immediately.
However, you can always return your order after delivery, as long as it meets the return conditions.
Melange Manifests works with a drop system.
During high-traffic drops, a large number of customers may place orders at the same time. In rare cases, this can lead to an item becoming unavailable after your order was placed, resulting in a cancellation.
Any payment already made will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Regular delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, public holidays, carrier operations, and periods of high demand.
You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
If there’s a significant delay, this confirmation email may also include updated delivery information.
Please note: During high-demand periods (such as collection drops), delivery may take slightly longer.
“Business days” refer to Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes, you can return your order. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we have received and inspected your return.

To keep your Melange garment looking its best for as long as possible, please follow the care instructions below.
Material
- Our garments are made out of 100% Cotton
Washing
- Wash inside out.
- Machine wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle.
- Wash with similar colours.
- Do not bleach.
Drying
- Hang dry in the shade.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Ironing
- Iron inside out.
- Use medium heat.
- Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered areas.
Professional Cleaning
- Do not dry clean.
Additional Care Tips
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Avoid overloading the washing machine.
- Do not use aggressive detergents or bleach-based products.
- Remove the garment promptly after washing.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
