Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs arising from selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

  • The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

  • Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
